All transactions on hp77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion fees at the prevailing exchange rate.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. hp77 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. hp77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
Where technically possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. hp77 reserves the right to request additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by hp77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. These specific terms form part of this agreement and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. If you are disconnected from a game in progress, hp77's system will complete the game round according to the game's rules. The outcome of the completed round will be reflected in your account balance upon reconnection. hp77 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

hp77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any hp77 content.
You must not use any hp77 trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written consent from hp77. Unauthorized use of hp77 intellectual property may result in legal action.
hp77 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond hp77's reasonable control. hp77 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hp77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the hp77 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
In any event, hp77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hp77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hp77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or civil unrest.
hp77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on hp77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hp77 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.

hp77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hp77 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
